What does the PTO do with all of this money raised?

Students
The PTO provides a curriculum-based specialist/performer to visit each grade to supplement what they are learning in the classroom, bus transportation for every student in the school to go on a field trip, a Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) book distribution, spirit day and so much more.
Teachers/Administration
The PTO supports the teachers by supplementing classroom expenses with Lakeshore gift cards. We also purchase books for the library and try to fulfill other supply requests, such as recess equipment. Last year, we were able to purchase an iPod Touch for the library at Mrs. Paradis’ request. We also show our appreciation for the teachers and administration during Teacher Appreciation Week in May.
Plympton Community
The PTO organizes various social events to bring the Plympton community together, such as the annual Halloween party, Health and Wellness Night, Movie Night and Ice Cream Social.
