Read-A-Thon 
During the weeks of October 26th & November 2nd classes will be working with Mrs. Halley during library time and at home to read as many minutes as they can.  For every 20 minutes you read, you can pledge___ amount.

PTO General Meeting: 
Please join us for our next PTO Meeting at 7:00pm, Tuesday November 10th. Everyone is welcome to join and we hope to see you on Zoom to listen to the PTO's plans for 2020 - 2021. 
Feel free to join without your video to listen in on the updates. 
This year we will use presentations to facilitate the meetings on-line.
From the Nurse:
A reminder that all students in Kindergarten through Grade 12  are required to receive the flu vaccine for the current influenza season for school attendance unless they have a medical or religious exemption. The school immunization requirements, including the requirement for seasonal influenza vaccine, apply to all Massachusetts students regardless of whether the district is providing instruction in-person, or using a hybrid or remote learning model.  Students must receive the vaccine for the current season by December 31, 2020. Please provide proof of vaccination documents to Ms. Duquette, your School Nurse at sharonduquette@walthampublicschools.org.

Supply pick up at Plympton is the 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month from 11:00am-12:00pm. 
You only need to come if your teacher(s) tell you there is something for your child(ren).

Restaurant Night Out: NIGHT OUT
Hello Plympton families,
Each month the Plympton Elementary School PTO teams up with a restaurant in Waltham to offer a Restaurant Day and/or Night Out.  This is a great way to skip cooking for the night and raise a little money for all the great things brought to Plympton by the PTO.
